Ingredients:
* 3 lb. cheap steak (not chopped), cube small (1/2")
* 2 lb. onions, chopped
* 1 head garlic or equivilent, chopped
* 1/4 c. olive oil
* 3-4 lbs. black beans
* 2 lbs. frozen vegetables (Capri or Italian mix)
* 3 lbs. tomato sauce (I recommend Prego Chunky Tomato & Onion)
* 6oz. cumin (also known as comino,cumene)
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tbsp. black pepper
* 1/3 c. oregano
* 3-4 tbsp. cayenne pepper (add more if you like it hot)
* 2oz. unsweetened chocolate (also known as bakers' chocolate)
Procedure:
**Note-stir often**
Put oil and cubed steak in pot and brown the meat. Do not drain the juices. Add onions and cook them until they are translucent. Turn heat down to medium and add garlic. Stir for about 5 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients except chocolate. To get all of the sauce out of the jar, add water,cover and shake. The water will cook out. Turn heat down low, cover and simmer 1- 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust seasonings. Stir in the chocolate until it melts.
